12 inch Super Thin Netbook Released by HiPhone

It may not be the most exciting release from HiPhone but, they have released a new 12 inch mini laptop/netbook and although it’s specs won’t set the world on fire, it is ultra thin at 22mm in depth so in that respect the new netbook might not be quite as bad as it looks – see the images below – it isn’t particularly pretty due to it’s overly plastic looking exterior.

Specifications for the HiPhone iLaptop-2009 are as follows: Display is a 12.1 inch screen, CPU is the Intel Atom 1.6GHz processor, storage comes in the form of a 160GB Sata HDD, Memory is expected to be 1GB RAM and the unit weighs in at 1.4kg. The netbook also comes with WiFi and is priced at $450.
