Finally, what eveyone has been waiting for a long time now, a sub $200 netbook, courtesy of Woot online store. Woot, which is actually a partnership between Woot and Yahoo is offering the Eee PC 900 for $180 + $5 shipping. This simply means that we now have a netbook at sub-$200 price mark.
There is a catch though – this offer is good for today only. So you now have from now until 12 midnight tonight to grab this offer from Woot.
Although the Eee PC may not be the most powerful and power-packed netbook today, but still, getting it a price lower than $200 is definitely something to get us all excited.

Bought Eee 900A PC with Linus OS.
Instruction book tells me that removal of preinstalled software is not allowed.
Is it possible to format hard drive, and change OS ( say to Ubuntu) ??
Would appreciate any help.
