It looks like it’s all systems go for the much awaited 10-inch version of the Acer Aspire One. If the photos of the 10-inch AAO that leaked out  a couple of days ago left you in awe and is now eagerly awaiting its release, then you don’t have to wait that long. Acer has just ordered 4 million units of the said netbook from OEM Compal Electronics.

Reports had it that Acer has ordered three models of the 10-inch Aspire One from Compal and one additional orders for another model was made from Quanta Computer.

The new Acer netbook will now be officially called Aspire One 103 and will feature leaf  hinges that differentiate it from the original Aspire One. Additionally, the Aspire One 103 will have the standard Atom processor, SD card slot, 3 USB ports, and a multitouch keypad.

  2. I think that the price for 10.1 inch Acer Laptop Computer is very reasonable. And the 10 inch display is much better than 8,9, anyway they have same resolutions, onli bigger screen dimensions.
