Alienware M11x with Optimus graphics option gets reviewed

Apart from coming with what some people would like to call “Alienware tax” similar to that found in all Apple products, it seemed like the Alienware M11x was the perfect ultraportable if you were looking for performance. You could switch between integrated and discrete graphics, but there was one problem: you had to do it manually. With the introduction of NVIDIA’s auto-graphics switching Optimus technology, this problem is now a thing of the past.
The latest version of the Alienware M11x comes with this said feature which is sure to find its way to the hearts of gamers all over the world who happen to find their hands on the NVIDIA GT335M-equipped little notebook. The gang at Laptop Mag just dropped the verdict on the M11x with Optimus graphics, and they say it’s “an ultra-powerful and ultra-stylish PC you can take anywhere” overall.
