If you haven’t disposed your old Eee PC 4G Surf yet, you might want to try this new hack done at PaulDotCom wherein an RPC-TNC Antenna was placed on the netbook.  To be specific the RP-TNC connector was placed at the right hand edge of the  Eee PC 4G Surf, at the end of the hinge where a small silver disc which is actually a sticker can be found. After removing the sticker, the hacker drilled a hole on the spot where he connected the antenna. Well, I wouldn’t go into details and leave you to check out the step-by-step instructions on how to do this complicated hack.

When I say complicated, I mean truly complicated hack where you need to rip open your Eee PC 4G Surf. So definitely, this project is not for netbook owners with weak heart. The said hack will certainly void the warranty of your Eee PC 4G Surf that is if you just bought it recently and it is still under warranty. But hey, why would you do that to your Eee PC 4G Surf if it’s new with you anyway?

So, this is for owners of old Eee PC 4G Surf who may have bought a new Eee PC already.

If you’re trying the hack, good luck then!
