Apple Favors 13.3-inch MacBook Pro than its 15-inch Model

Ultra slim notebooks are continuously booming in the present market. In fact, the mass production of Apple’s upcoming 15-inch slimmer MacBook Pro model is recently reported to be in the works. However, according to the upstream supply chain sources, Apple favors larger amount of orders for the 13-inch version of its famous ultrabook than the 15-inch Pros.

The 13.3-inch MacBook Pro will start the bulk production in June, stated by the source. Also, this exclusive panel size for an ultrabook often adopted by non-Apple makers for their usual first-gen ultra slim notebooks. With this, it is then anticipated that the 14 and 15-inch models will follow the major gains in the next market share; the source added.

Apparently, the 15-inch MacBook Pro is expected to get pleasure from the first capacity shipments between 100,000 and 150,000 units that will definitely rise in the near future knowing the Apple’s stand in the PC market.
