Apple iPad to Beat Netbooks By Magic

No, the  iPad will not beat netbooks by its specs or features but by magic. That was what  Apple’s COO Tim Cook told investors at a recent event.

“The netbook is not an experience people are going to continue wanting to have. When they play with the iPad and experience the magic of using it…I have a hard time believing they’re going to go for a netbook,” said Cook.

Somehow I agree. This is the same magic that got me hook to the iPhone and taken me away from using other mobile phones. It’s the magical interface that got me hook to the iPod Touch. And I’m pretty sure that same magical interface and experience will make the iPad equally more popular and widely used.

Incidentally, if you’re eagerly awaiting for the iPad like I am, you might want to check out the Apple store tomorrow as rumors has it that Apple might actually start accepting pre-orders.
