Asus bags most awards in Taiwan Excellence Competion

The winners for the 17th Taiwan Excellence Awards have just been announced, and netbook maker Asus showed an outstanding performance by winning a total of 53 Taiwan Excellence Awards, which makes them the top award winner for the fifth straight year. Also notable is the fact that one of its high-end netbooks, the Eee PC S101, was nominated for Gold/Silver Award in the same excellence competition. As Asus introduces more netbooks in the future, perhaps it can finally turn that Gold/Silver award nomination into another win.
