Asus Eee Keyboard Reaches the FCC

If you’re still waiting for Asus innovative product called the Eee Keyboard, well the wait may soon be over as the FCC filing by Asus has already been accomplished. So, it is now up to the FCC guys to judge whether U.S. consumers are worthy enough of getting this new product.

And since it has been too long now and in case you forgot already, the Eee Keyboard is nice little device in the form of, well yeah keyboard which packs in some computing powers.

Based on the FCC filing for the Eee Keyboard, the device will have the following specs – 5-inch 800×400 touch panel with stylus, Windows XP, Intel Atom CPU, Broadcomm chip, 1GB of on-board memory, 16GB or 32 GB of SSD, Wi-Fi, Ethernet and Bluetooth.

Just like a netbook or nettop, the Eee Keyboard is also battery powered with up to four hours of battery life. It also has HDMI port, 3 USB ports and 2 audio jacks. It was said to be capable of sending out 720p videos TV display.
