Asus Eee PC 1008HA Shell Gets a Price Tag – £359

So, finally another much awaited Eee PC product gets a price tag. This time its the Eee PC 1008HA Shell which is so thin that it is being touted as a Mac Air rival. Well, at least in the UK, the Eee PC 1008Shell will be sold for £359 (including VAT). So if in case it comes out in the U.S. market, expect the netbook to get a price tag of around $511.
As a review, the Eee PC 1008HA Shell boasts of Intel Atom N280 CPU, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, and measure only 1-inch thick and weighs 1.1kg. Design-wise, like we said this netbook is thin inside and out.
The Eee PC 1008HA Shell is slated to be released next month.

That’s the same price the 1000HE currently goes for on Amazon.co.uk, I wonder if it’ll be a similar price to the 1000HR when released in North America.
