Asus Launches the Eee PC T91 Touch Screen Tablet

Here’s another one of Asus’ announcement at the ongoing Computex Show in Taipei – the Eee PC T91 convertible tablet PC with touchscreen feature. Sporting an 8.9-inch swivelable touchscreen  and a suite of touch-optimized software.

This touch-optimized software, known as TouchSuite allows you to touchup photos, create photo albums, sketch cartoons, leave handwritten memos, and sketch cartoons or emoticons.  These software include:

  • FotoFun
  • Memos
  • Touch Gate
  • IE Toolbar

The Eee PC T91 is also equipped with Asus’  Super Hybrid Engine (SHE) which allows the T91 to consume less energy and last up to 5 hours of continous use.

Here’s a quick rundown of the Eee PC T91′s specs:

  • Windows XP Home
  • 8.9-inch LED-backlit/Resistive Touch Panel
  • Intel Atom Z520
  • WLAN/WIFI
  • Bluetooth
  • 1GB RAM
  • 16GB SSD+16GB SD Card +30GB Portable HDD+ 20GB Online Storage (82GB Total)
  • .3MP webcam
  • Optional GPS, TV Tuner, 3G Plus (HSUPA)

    The Asus Netbook with windows 7 is amazing. Only downfall is the screen size….pretty small. But it runs great and fast. Many options on this Netbook. I LOVE IT!!!
