ASUS Releases ZENBOOK UX31E-RY256S 13.3″ Notebook
Asus has a new notebook to entice its users. It is called the Zenbook UX31E-RY256S and it will be available in Japan come spring this year.
This Ultrabook, which means that it has an Intel core, comes with a sleek and thin exterior in a choice of several elegant hues including silver and rose gold.
Under the hood, it runs on a 1.6GHz Intel Core i5-2467M processor partnered with an Intel QS67 Express Chipset graphics card. It also comes with a 4GB DDR3 PC3-10600 RAM and a 256GB Solid State Disk Drive, ensuring fast computing speeds. It has Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit as its operating system and has Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010.
Its LCD WXGA++ screen measures 13.3 inches, and has a 1600 x 900 pixel display resolution. It is also equipped with an SD card slot and Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. There are also several of the standard ports including a USB 3.0 port and a mini-HDMI port for connecting it to a larger display.
There is also an integrated webcam and speakers. It weighs 1.3 kg and has dimensions of 325 x 17 x 223 mm.
Zenbook UX31E-RY256S will have a price tag of 109,800 Yen or around USD 1,438.
