Asus to Release Eee PC 904 and 905, with Larger Keyboards
Asustek is reportedly planning to come up with another variants of the Eee PC 900 and 901 – the Eee PC 904 and 905. The two models will be a hybrid of the 900/901 and the 1000 Eee PCs. Meaning, they will have the 8.9-inch panel but with the chassis and keyboard of the Eee PC 1000.
According to a Digitimes report, the Eee PC 904 and 905 will also have the Atom processors. As for its battery and storage capacity, Asustek is yet to come out with a decision.
Relatedly, Asustek is also planning to release the two new Eee PC models at a similar price range as the 900 and 901, which will lead them to eventually replace the 900/901 or perhaps leave them in the market to compete with the Acer Aspire One.
Are you ready for an Eee PC with a larger keyboards? Frankly, I don’t mind the current keyboards of the Eee PC models. At first it’s hard to use, but eventually you’ll get use to it.
