ASUS Unveils the New K73SM Notebook
The company Asus is getting ready to release a new device called the K73SM to join its array of notebooks. The Asus K73SM features a 2.20 GHz Intel Core i7-2670QM processor partnered with a GeForce GT 630M graphics card. It is also packed with a 750 GB to 1 TB hard disk drive and 4 to 8 GB of DDR3 RAM.
Its LCD screen spans 17.3 inches and has a pixel display resolution of 1600 x 900 HD + Glare (Color Shine). Its aspect ratio is 16:9. Other features include Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n Gigabit Ethernet, a 0.3 megapixel webcam, a DVD Super Multi drive (DVDRW / DVD-RAM), multiple card slots for SD, Memory Stick and Multimedia card, and Bluetooth 4.0. There are also integrated Altec Lansing speakers, a microphone, slots for LAN, HDMI, USB 2.0, and VGA.
The Asus K73SM runs on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (SP1) operating system. As well as it comes with a 6-cell 5200 mAh battery.
This notebook weighs 3.2 kg. and has dimensions of 42 cm x 28 cm x 3.9 cm. It will be available around March this year and its suggested retail price is around $1,300 or 99,800 Yen.
