ASUS ZENBOOK UX31 Ultrabook Drops at $999.99

TigerDirect is slashing $300 off the price tag of the ASUS ZENBOOK UX31. From the original SRP of $1,129.99, buyers may now avail the Ultrabook at only $999.99.

The laptop sports a 1.70GHz Intel Core i5-2557M processor with a clock speed of 1.70GHz. It is equipped with 128GB Solid State Drive and 4GB of DDR3 PC3-10600 RAM at 1333MHz. The device has an Intel HD Graphics 3000 GPU. Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit is the operating system, and it comes with a preloaded Office 2010 without a product key.

Its HD screen with LED backlighting measures 13.3 inches and has a maximum resolution of 1600 x 900 pixels. It also has a supplemental media reader that supports Secure Digital (SD) and MultiMediaCard (MMC). As well as several ports and jacks, including a USB 3.0 port, a USB 2.0 port, Headphone out/Microphone-in combo jack, a mini VGA and mini HDMI port.

Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0 (with a transfer rate of up to 300 Mbps) are the connectivity options available. There is also a 0.3 MP webcam as well as Stereo Speakers by Bang & Olufsen ICEPower. The laptop is powered by a 6-Cell Lithium-ion battery.

The Zenbook UX31 has dimensions of 12.8″ x 0.12″ – 0.71″ x 8.78″ and weighs 2.87lbs. It is available at the official TigerDirect website.
