    Just got back from driving to Temecula CA to purchase this model that was on sale for $379.99. Arrived 10 minutes after they opened. None in stock. Call a slightly larger store in Murrietta, CA. They also had none. Call another store, they couldn’t find the only one that they have on inventory. While the store personnel were extremely helpful in calling other stores, it turned out to be a ‘bad ad’. Yes, they said “Limited quantities” in their ad. But ZERO, isn’t ANY quantity! ;-( This is extremely poor customer relations (or worse)!

    Yes, absolutely right for the following comment and i also suffered their bluffing. They accepted my online order for store pick up on 25th December, Christmas eve and received their email on 26th December for unavailable store pick up at my selected store in New York. So, called to customer service and talked with so many representatives about this order nearly 2 hours and 16 minutes phone using and only discussing time is around 25 minutes and they let me to hold other remaining times. Finally, they let me to cancel for this order or wait for it till the new stock is coming on.
    So, this is absolutely 100% sure that they bluffed to the customers without having stock in there.
    Besides, they did not respect to their valued customer that anyone can know learning for my phone usage time.
    PLEASE BE AWARE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM ”BEST BUY” EVEN AS THEY ADVERTISED.

    This was an amazing computer, it is way cheaper at best buy then on the toshiba website so yeah anyway get it from best buy it has it at the cheapest price

    Best Buy will no longer recieve my bucks nor gas money. Following message I check everywhere for Toshiba 399.99 special and no one had this item in 3 states. Best Buy can F off for thier false advertisment.

    They, BEST BUY are the biggest cheater to the valued customers and they advertised with cheaper price for Toshiba and then offer to pick up available in some stores. However, if you buy online or go and check at stores even just store opening time as they stated, nothing and nothing for this model as they promised and offered. SO, I WANT TO REMIND YOU FROM HERE TO ANY ONE NOT TO TRUSTED TO THIS CHEATER AND BLUFFER
