Samsung is fully aware that Indian and Chinese markets are two of the most biggest markets worldwide. That is why the handset creator and the Korean genius who come up with this technology, is trying his best to get as many units as possible so that they could fully supply the Indian markets with their devices, such as this.

Apparently, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 680, also known as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, will be sold at a price of Rs 34,900 or around 710 US Dollars. Retailers within the Indian Plaza, have proclaimed their price on this gadget, selling it at Rs 35,499 or 720 US Dollars.

It has an Android 3.2 Honeycomb platform as its operating system and the Samsung’s TouchWiz UX as its user interface. Though it doesn’t have the latest Google application, rest assured that the users would not be disappointed working on this device.

When it comes to its hardware features, this tablet has 3 MP camera at the back with autofocus and LED Flash. It also has a secondary 2 MP camera in the front, and can be used for taking pictures and video calls as well.

Samsung’s Super Bowl Sunday 90-second television commercial features the company’s Galaxy Note LTE smartphone/tablet hybrid device for AT&T highlights with its stylus and large screen.

The commercial is hip, fun and touch on a couple of the device’s use, but instead of creating an emotive experience between consumers and the products that it makes, the Galaxy Note’s commercial is seen taking more punches at Apple by highlighting the key differences between Apple’s products and Samsung’s product (large screen, stylus).

The Galaxy Note was announced to debut in the U.S. on February 19 for $300 with a two-year contract on AT&T’s 4G LTE network. Preorders have already begun for the device at Best Buy stores.

The smartphone/tablet hybrid device features a 5.3″ HD Super AMOLED display as well as 4G LTE data speeds that can be up to 10 times faster than 3G. It runs on a 1.5GHz processor and Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It may also have an Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update, though there’s no confirmation on this as of now.

Both AT&T and Best Buy are now taking pre-orders for the Ceramic White and Carbon Blue versions of Samsung Galaxy Note. Best Buy is also giving away free flip cover for each pre-orderer.

Pre-order day coincides with the phone’s first U.S. ad, which aired during the Super Bowl Sunday. An online preview of said ad indicates it’s another in the group making fun of people who wait in line for the iPhone.

This tempting device sports a gorgeous 5.3 inch Super AMOLED display, with 1280 x 800 HD resolution, Android 2.3, dual-core processor, big battery, 8MP camera, digitized stylus, plenty of pre-loaded and free apps that support it as well as 4G LTE speeds.

Even though you still haven’t laid hands on the phone, the screen size can seem daunting. For $299, this is expensive for an on-contract phone, costs more if you’re not renewing or starting new service. Moreover, being on AT&T may put some off who live in areas where the network historically hasn’t wowed.

AT&T’s Samsung Galaxy Note is one of the most controversial devices of 2012 as it sports both a massive 5.3-inch display as well as 4G LTE capabilities. Some refer to it as a phablet as its size and features make it sort of a tablet-phone hybrid. While this device have impressed many, some might be thinking about picking one up once it arrives on AT&T’s network on February 18th.

Samsung Galaxy Note will be going up for pre-order at Best Buy beginning February 5th. However, it isn’t going to offer any standard pre-order, so it is going to offer a free flip cover for the device before it arrives.

Galaxy Note features a 5.3″ HD Super AMOLED display as well as 4G LTE data speeds that can reach up to 10 times faster than 3G. It’s powered by a 1.5GHz processor and Android 2.3 Gingerbread. No word on whether or not it will be getting the bump up to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

AT&T’s Samsung Galaxy Note is going to retail for $299.99 upon its arrival. It also comes with the S-Pen allows that allows users to write notes or doodle directly on the Galaxy Note. This is extremely useful and those that do a lot of work – whether enterprise or school-related.

After being banned in Germany and subjected for injunction in Australia for a short while, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is now coming to US Cellular. This time, the most controversial 10.1 inch WXGA tablet will have LTE connectivity and Android 3.2.

When Apple sued Samsung for copying its designs and making products such as the Galaxy Tab 10.1, it drew the attention of the entire tech world. In the end, however, Samsung had created the Galaxy Tab 10.1N, showed changes in the design of the original slate.

The Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a front facing camera, but lacks ports. With Android 4.0 coming as an update for the tablet, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 will get even better. The only problem is the TouchWiz UI, which some users could certainly do without. If customers are lucky enough, US Cellular won’t include this extra layer of customization.

The tablet will be available on US Cellular this March, but there’s no pricing just yet.

This new event might buoy up the the Korean mobile giant after they endured several weeks of stress from the multiple suits filed against them by Apple. Moreover, the company went low-profile at this year’s CES tradeshow in Las Vegas.

In the Mobile World Congress to be held in Barcelona this year, however, Samsung might once again seek to reclaim their spot as the number one Android tablet in terms of sales. It bears mentioning that they had been displayed from this spot after holding it for some time by Amazon’s Kindle Fire, the full-color multi-touch display e-reader from the retail giant.

To be able to achieve this, the Korean company might launch at least two new models of the popular Samsung Galaxy Tab. These new models might have quad-core central processing units and have Wi-Fi connectivity. Moreover, they may have screens which measure 11.6 inches and have a pixel display resolution of 2560 x 1600.

Other analysts, however, believe that if Samsung makes any announcements in the Mobile World Congress, these will not be major, and will thus, not pertain to the said new models.

Samsung may not yet be shipping the Series 5 ULTRA mobile computers. However, the company is still preparing the products, it decided to go ahead and introduced the pair.

The Series 5 ULTRA have a fairly self-explanatory name since it is made of Ultrabooks. There will be 13-inch models as well as 14-inch machines that offer high level of performance, or so Samsung promises.

The Series 5 ULTRA 13-inch model is only 14mm-thick and weighs just 1.43 kilograms. It boasts a second-generation Intel Core i5-2467M CPU, which can be paired with up to 8GB of RAM a 500GB HDD storage space. It also comes with a full-size HDMI port, an USB 3.0 connector, a pair of USB 2.0 ports, 4-in-1 card reader and Ethernet.

The Series 5 ULTRA 14-inch machine is superior in more ways than one. While the CPU and memory are on the same level, this one also sports an AMD Radeon HD 7550M discrete GPU (with 1GB VRAM). Furthermore, it will be having 1TB of HDD storage instead of 500GB as well as an ODD (optical disk drive).

Both will run for up to 6.4 hours on a single battery charge and, thanks to hardware/software optimizations and Samsung’s own fast boot features, will wake up in less than two seconds and boot in a maximum of 20.

Samsung will start selling both Ultrabooks at $1,030 / 790 Euro for the 13-inch model and $1,270 / 973 Euro for the 14-incher.

Samsung scores on its ongoing legal battle with Apple over smartphones and tablets. German court ruled that Samsung can continue to sell the Galaxy Tab 10.1N tablet as well as the Galaxy Nexus smartphone in that countr… at least for now.

After having the Galaxy Tab 10.1 banned in Germany, Samsung introduced the Tab 10.1N with some changes on its outside look in order to get around the court ruling. Apple tried to get a preliminary injunction against that tablet too.

The latest ruling may not be the end of the matter. But a German judge has decided that Apple’s argument that Samsung’s products will violate one if its patents on touchscreen technology may not hold much water, since the patent could be overturned. Thanks to Samsung’s efforts to show that the technology was already available before Apple was granted that patent.

Nevertheless, despite Samsung’s victory, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 is still banned in Germany, while the Galaxy Tab 10.0N will continue to be sold.

Samsung Galaxy Note will be available in the US from AT&T real soon, and Pre-orders will begin on February 5. AT&T stores will begin selling the device on February 19.

For those who are interested in sports commercials, Galaxy Note will be appearing in Samsung’s very first Super Bowl commercial, which is going to be 90 seconds long. The commercial will also be using HD footage shot with a Galaxy Note in the ad, demonstrating the camera’s capabilities. According to their press release, Samsung’s Galaxy Note ad is slated to run during the 4th quarter of the game.

According to Samsung’s press release, they’ll not only be releasing the commercial on Super Bowl Sunday, but they’ll also be offering exclusive content and freebies via Twitter and Facebook. So, Samsung will be going for both mainstream and social media real hard to drive interest in the Galaxy Note. This approach should probably work since many wanted to see how well this marketing blitz work once Galaxy Note sales numbers are released.

First, there were tablets with special protective cases. Now, there are netbooks made for entertaining children, such as Samsung’s new product.

Their new netbook, called the NC110 – Pororo netbook, has a less expensive price tag than regular models. Nonetheless, it is fully functional for adult users too, and can handle their daily tasks. After all, once one gets past the colorful cartoon images on the case, the NC110 – Pororo netbook has specifications that are similar with regular laptops available today.

This netbook will have a second-generation dual-core Intel Atom cenral processing unit. Its screen is expected to measure 10.1 inches. It will also sport HDMI out and have Wi-Fi capabilities.

However, its primary selling point for children is the fact that the laptop is decorated with photos of Pororo, a popular cartoon figure for children in South Korea. On the Pororo netbook, kids can enjoy 114 episodes of the cartoon show. Games such as puzzles and one called “Pororo painted play” are also installed on the netbook.

The Samsung NC110 – Pororo netbook is expected to sell for around 509,000 South Korean Won, or approximately $452. It will be officially available on February 6th. Yet unknown if it will be available in other countries aside from South Korea.
