Why on earth would anyone pay $625 for an 8.9" rebadged MWI Wind when they can buy the 10" for $499? (when the supply catches up).  Because they are too uninformed to know they're getting ripped?  (even with the larger HD and extra 1GB).  LG needs to rethink that if in fact it will be a Wind.</description>

		<description>Agree - just a pity Asus aren't a little more inline with the 3rd party prices. My Eee 900 has a 4400mAh battery and that is just poor and its no wonder people are looking at replacement batteries.</description>

It is not the Eee PC 1000, but the 1000H which is available in Australia. 

From what I can gather asus will NEVER release the Linux versions of 90X, or 1000 in Australia. Bastards!</description>
