Cube Introduces its U10GT 2 Android 2.3 Version Tablet

Cube is offering a new tablet to compete with the many slates currently for sale in today’s gadget market. The new device is named the U10GT 2, and it runs on the popular Android platform, version 2.3 OS.

The Cube U10GT 2 Android tablet is powered by a RK2918 Cortex-A8 central processing unit, with RAM of 512MB DDR3, and a storage capacity of 8GB. Said storage is expandable by means of a microSD card up to 32GB. It has a screensize of 8 inches, with a pixel display resolution of 1024 x 768. Said screen is also a capacitive touch screen which has support for HDMI output and viewing of High Definition 1080p videos.

It is possible to connect both by means of Wi-Fi and 3G using this device, although GPS is absent. It is also integrated with two cameras, one 0.3 megapixel camera at the front, and another 2 megapixel one at the back. The Cube U10GT 2 Android tablet has a 6-cell battery 6000mAH which lasts for about 6 hours when the slate is used for playing music, and around 3 to 4 hours when it is used for playing videos.

The price and the date of this tablet PC’s official release are still unknown.
