This Dell looks nice but it&#039;s too much of an incremental upgrade for my liking. I can&#039;t see it wooing the majority of current netbook owners into an upgrade. I&#039;d also like to see more netbooks offering Windows 7 Home Premium, it&#039;s not as if they aren&#039;t all perfectly capable of using it even with Aero turned on.</description>
