Dell Streak 7 Getting a New Update

Last October when the Dell Steak 7 has received the Android Honeycomb upgrade; yet bugs have continued to stick on with. 1.  Download the update from Dell.
2. Copy the update to your SD card.
3. Turn the Streak 7 off.
4. System Recovery Utility: Press and hold the volume + button and the power button, hold both button down until the configuration menu appears on the screen.
5. Select update package.
