Have owned my eee for 2 months and couldn't stand to be without it. I DESPISE Dell customer service as well. I cannot understand a word they say! I have purchased 2 Dell's from Dell.com. Hard Drive on my B130 went out...yeah you guess it....2 months after warranty. I managed to do a fix and canceled the order and much to my dismay they sent it anyways. Dell=bad news!
