Eee PC 1008HA Seashell Gets the European Netbook Award

The Eee PC 1008HA has only been out not so long ago and here it goes already garnering a prestigious award. The European Imaging and Sound Association has named the Eee PC 1008HA Seashell as its European Netbook for 2009-2010.

EISA has chosen the Eee PC 1008HA Seashell as its Netbook of the year because of its slim profile, light weight, large display, impressive processing speed and effective connectivity. In addition, EISA also noted the fact that the said netbook is very easy to carry, has one of the largest LED-backlit display and is equipped with the Intel N280 CPU.

What follows the award is EISA’s full endorsement of the Eee PC 1008HA Seashell for users who want to have the most powerful and fashionable netbook.

What the EISA failed to mention though is the  Eee PC 1008HA’s price currently at around $407 at Amazon. It’s still kind of pricey for a 10-inch netbook, right?
