According to the latest Consumer Behavior Report from PriceGrabber.com, the Asus Eee PC 4G Surf is the most popular laptop among the laptop brands that consumer buys from January 1 – February 21 2008. 

The Consumer Behavior Report was based on responses of around 2,000 consumers who have shopped for products at Pricegrabber.com. This report gives an industry insight on shopping trends, pricing and market share. It’s a valuable tool for merchants, media and industry analysis.

The Eee PC 4G Surf is the smallest and cheapest laptops carried by Pricegrabber. The report shows once again the growing trend among laptop consumers who are now looking for the most affordable and yet functional laptops to meet their mobile computing needs.

    I could clearly see why this had become the most popular laptop. The reason can definitely boost its sale because you won’t see these on other laptops.

    It is has the lowest price among its competitions. Has 7” screen and only weighs 2 lbs. I think that this reason is good enough for anyone to buy them.

    Seriously what can you do with a 7 inch screen? I don't get it, even my laptop im on now has a 17″ widescreen

    I'm pretty surprized that apple ranks so high with the price difference but I guess the chart doesn't show volume either
