ExoPC bares all and shows what it is made of
Engadget posted up some pics of the internals of the ExoPC. From the image above you can see the tinny speakers, the SSD at the right and a free mini PCIe slot, probably for the WiFi. There’s also the SIM module at the lower left and a blank space at the upper right. Care to guess what that’s for? I also can’t seem to see the RAM, maybe it’s under the SSD. The fan is a bit hefty for a tablet, and I’m not too keen about something blowing hot air on my hand when I use this.
Not much that can be modified in this device but it is nice that you can swap out the SSD and WiFi if needed. The price is US$599 but you have to wait a bit until it hits the shelves.
