ExoPC slate tablet, like an iPad but not

There’s a lot of slate tablets out there but one that was just announced recently looks a bit too much like Apple’s new device. The ExoPC boasts a similar design with a screen just a bit smaller than the iPad’s.

- 4-hour battery life
The battery life is disappointing but that’s what you get when you use “PC software”. Oddly enough, the processor seem to be still the older Atom model and not the new Pine Trail ones.
The price sits at the same level as the 32GB iPad at US$599, but if you are itching for a prototype and can get through the French ordering screen, it’s yours for just US$780. And if you get one, let us know, okay?
