First Pictures of the Eee PC 1005P Show Up

So aside from appearing on e-tailers’ sites and Asus product site,  it’s now time for the Eee PC 1005P to show up in pictures. Yes, dear folks, Netbooknews.de managed to scoop the very first pictures of the Eee PC 1005P.

There will be two models of the Eee PC 1005P, black and white initially, but I’m pretty sure that others will become available later on. The black version of the Eee PC 1005P resembles that of the Eee PC 1001HA. While the white version is definitely different in looks from the Eee PC 1005HA.

Aside from the pictures, we now also know what the Eee PC 1005P’s specs will be. And here’s a quick rundown of  its specs:

• 10 “LED display WideSVGA mat, resolution 1024 × 600
• Intel Atom N450
• 1GB DDR2-RAM
• 160 GB HDD
• 10/100 Ethernet, wireless 802.11 bg
• 3x USB 2.0, SD / MMC card reader, 0.3 MP Webcam
• VGA-out, microphone-in and line-out
• 6-cell Li-ion battery (probably smaller than in PE)
• Windows 7 Starter
