Foxconn Netbooks Reached the FCC
Posted in: Netbook, tags: foxconn ns20, foxconn ns24, foxconn SP901Foxconn seems to be prepping up for a nice entrance into the already saturated netbook market come 2010. We now know about at least three Foxconn netbooks reaching the FCC. These netbooks include the SZ901P, NS20 and NS24.
The Foxconn SZ901P netbook features Bluetooth, WiFi, WWAN and CCD webcam and will be running on Linux-based OS called FoxOS. This OS has a Mac-like launcher plus various multimedia, productivity and web browsing apps. You can also opt to run Windows XP on this netbook.
The other two Foxconn netbooks will also run on the FoxOS. But aside from this, no other details are available yet about them. I wonder which of these netbooks will be the rumored $200 netbook from Foxconn we told you about not so long ago.
In the meantime, feast your eyes on these photos of the Foxconn netbooks courtesy of Wireless Goodness.
