Gateway Plan to Release Netbook Soon

PC maker Gateway have have today announced the release of four laptops including a netbook with an 8.9 inch display. The Gateway LT1001G comes with the standard netbook specs, 1.6GHz Atom Processor, 160GB hard drive and 1GB of RAM.
Gateway were acquired by Acer last year, so it's no surprise that the LT1001G is similar in appearance to the Acer Aspire One. Gateway's netbook is available in Singapore for $688 USD.
