Gateway Shows Off Their New LT23 Netbook

Gateway seems to be coming back swinging into the netbook market with their new model, the LT23. The 10-inch netbook is powered by a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, and runs Windows 7 Starter as its OS. The LT23 packs all the bog-standard netbook features: a multi-format flash card reader, touchpad, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, 3 USB ports, webcam, and VGA output. It still uses DDR2, having a gig of DDR2 RAM to its name. You can either have a choice of 160 gigs to 250 gigs of hard drive space. The chassis is also a nice bonus since they’ve designed it to look fashionable and nice. The starting price for this model can be as low as $329.
The LT23 may not exactly be something to write home about, but it is definitely a nice little netbook if you’re looking for alternatives to the popular brands.
