Google Nexus 7 available to pre-order from UK retailers

As well as being able to pre-order Google’s first own branded tablet, the Nexus 7 from the Google Play store, consumers are also able to pre-order the 7 inch tablet from various retailers. UK retailer The Dixons Group have added the 16GB Google Nexus 7 to their website for £199.99. According to the website, those who pre-order now, should receive their Google tablet by July 19th.

The 16GB model is also available to pre-order directly from Google for the same price. However there is a £9.99 delivery charge through Google which is perhaps why a £15 Google Play Store credit is included with the purchase. In contrast, purchasing from Dixons doesn’t include any Google Play Store credit but, shipping is also free. The 8GB model however, isn’t available to pre-order from the Dixons Group just yet.
