Google Nexus Tablet Might be Handled by Samsung?

The upcoming Google Nexus tablet could be made by Samsung according to leaks found by Sammobile and codeworkx. Allegedly, there exist some lines of code that link Samsung to the Google Nexus tablet. The leaked code reveals the words Exynos 5250, which most likely means that the Google-branded tablet will likely have the ARM Cortex A15 processor running at 1 to 1.5 GHz. It will also probably have a Mali T-604 chip as its graphics processor, running at 533 MHz. Dubbed Vitnar, the graphics chip has a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.

These specifications seem plausible, although rather unimpressive. However, given the fact that the Google Nexus tablet will be sold for under $250, consumers should probably not expect for cutting-edge technology on the device.

Notwithstanding this, there is still room for doubt that these leaked specifications will be found on the Google Nexus tablet. For instance, the Vitnar graphics chip has a resolution that is the same as that found on the Super AMOLED screen. This has caused some to speculate that these leaked features are for the next Nexus phone instead of the Nexus tablet.

In any case, the public only has to wait for a while to know what the Google Nexus tablet will carry. The device is expected to make its first appearance at Google I/O next month.
