HaiPad Introduces Two Android 4.0 Tablets
The Chinese manufacturer HaiPad is joining the Ice Cream Sandwich bandwagon through its launch of new Android 4.0-based tablets. Two of these tablets are the Haipad A10A10 and the Haipad M10M10.
The Haipad A10A10 comes with a Boxchip A10 Cortex a8 processor with a clock speed of 1.5 GHz. It is packed with 512 MB of DDR3 RAM and 4 G of FLASH memory, expandable from 2 GB to 32 GB by SD or TF cards.
Both high-performance Wi-Fi 802.11b/g and 3G are supported on the device. It has a 7-inch capacitive touch screen with an 800 x 480p resolution and multi-touch capability. The tablet also has a 0.3 million pixels camera, Super Cirrus audio coding chip, HDMI port, USB ports, charging port, and earphone jack.
The Haipad M10M10, on the other hand has a Vimicro A8 VC882 processor with a 1.3Ghz clock speed, 512 MB of DDR3 RAM, and a 4 G storage capacity. It is also capable of Wi-Fi and 3G like the A10A10, and also carries many of the same features such as the multiple ports and jacks.
However, it has a 10-inch touch screen with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. Users may choose from a model with resistive touchscreen and another with a capacitive touchscreen. It also has a higher-resolution camera at 2 MP and Bluetooth connectivity.
The prices for the A10A10 and the M10M10 are currently unavailable.
