HiVision rolls out Speedpad tablet on the cheap

HiVision is a company known for letting loose cheap computers in all forms. Aside from netbooks and laptops, they also make tablets and recently showcased their Android-based SpeedPad tablet at CeBIT in Germany.

No word if it will have access to the Android Marketplace but it does have a few useful software built in like Google Maps, a camcorder and messaging apps.
