HP Mini 5102 Available Now for $599
Wow! HP certainly made its new HP Mini 5102, which was being touted as a business class netbook really, really expensive. The HP Mini 5102 is available now at the HP Online Store. And guess how much its base price is? – a whooping $599. If you have the money to spend, you may also opt to get the other models with prices ranging from $749, $829 and $899.
Specs common to all HP Mini 5102 models include – Intel Atom N450 Processor 1.66GHz, 10.1-inch diagonal LED backlit WSVGA 1024×600 display, 2GB of RAM, and Integrated 2MP webcam, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The base model has a 160GB of HDD and Broadcomm 4322G Wireless connectivity and 4-cell battery.
Add a few more dollars and you’d get the $749 model with 6-cell battery,and 320GB of HDD. Ad some more dollars and you’d get the $829 model with 320GB HDD and Broadcomm 4322G Wireless connectivity. If you want the HP Mobile Broadband with GPS you need to add some more dollars for the $899 model. However, this one comes only with 160GB of HDD.
All HP Mini 5102 come with Windows 7, with some having an option to downgrade to Windows XP if you prefer to do so.
