There you go, HP officially ended the rumors and leaks about their newest Mini netbook – the HP Mini 311.

We now have the complete official specs of the HP Mini 311 and it includes the following:

  • 1.6GHz Intel Atom N70
  • NVIDIA ION LE with 319 MB graphics memory
  • 11.6″ LED Birghtview widescreen display
  • 1GB of RAM
  • 160GB of HDD
  • WiFi 802.11 b/g
  • VGA, HDMI, 5-in-1 card reader, ethernet, combo mic/headphone jack
  • 6 cell Li-ion battery
  • HP Webcam

For its OS, the HP Mini 311 will initially have Windows XP Home Edition SP3 when it is released on Sept. 23. For those who wants the Windows 7 will have have to wait until October 22.

The best part is that the HP Mini 311 will only go for $399.
