HP Refreshes the Mini 210 and Mini 5103 Netbooks

Just in time for the upcoming holiday seasons, HP is refreshing two of its popular netbooks with new and more powerful features. We’re talking about the HP Mini 210 and HP Mini 5103.  Specifically, HP is loading the HP Mini 5103 with dual-core processor while upgrading the design of the HP Mini 210.

The new HP  Mini 5103 which will most probably sell for around $399 will be sporting a 1.5GHz dual-core CPU. This could put the netbook’s performance by up to 200% with draining too much of its battery. Included in the upgrade is HP’s Day Starter instant-on OS and a new “espresso” color for its body.

Meanwhile, the new HP Mini 210 also received its own updates, specifically with a new color designs such as Crimson Red and Ocean Drive. The netbook also now has an integrated  battery and chassis. Other specs and features of the new HP Mini 210 include – chicklet keyboard, Broadcom Crystal Accelerator, single core Atom CPU, 6-cell battery life and a $330 price point.
