HP Releases the New HP Mini 5103 Business Netbook

For awhile I thought HP is getting itself busy preparing a tablet PC that will rival the iPad. There has been rumors about this. But whether this is true or not, it seems that HP is also making itself busy preparing for a new HP Mini netbook.  Just released is the new HP Mini 5103 which is obviously a follow-up to the HP Mini 5102. And like its predecessor, the HP Mini 5103 is also geared as a business-oriented netbook.

The HP Mini 5103 features a 10.1-inch screen, Intel Atom N455 or N475 Processor, up to 320GB of HDD or 128GB SSD, up to 2GB of RAM, Intel GMA 3150 graphics, 3 USB 2.0 ports, VGA out, SD card reader and WiFi b/g/n. You’d also have an option to load the netbook with Broadcomm Crystal HD video accelerator which should up the netbook’s ante when it comes to playing videos.

The new HP Mini 5103 is expected to sell for around $565 in Italy. No words yet on U.S. release and pricing though.
