While all the rest of the netbook manufacturers are venturing on the 10-inch netbook standard, here comes a netbook spotted at the Ruedecommerce site branded as the Netbook Surfons INOS1B. For the purpose of this post we shall this netbook simply as the Surf. The Surf is currently listed at Ruecommerce site with a price tag of around $329. For that price you’ll get a:

• 7-inch TFT screen with 800×400 resolution
• INGENICA JZ4730 processor (400 MHz)
• 2GB HD
• 128MB RAM
• integrated stereo speakers
• Wi-Fi
  
• Standard connectors
• Lithium-ion battery with published 3 hours usage time
• various connectors
• plus a slew of software pre-installed

I don’t know about you, but don’t you find those specs, even for a 7-inch netbook  a shame? There are two specs of this netbook which makes us conclude that this is your run-off-the-mill netbook. And those are the CPU and the 128MB RAM.
