LapDock turns your iPad into a netbook

The iPad is a great machine but is missing something. So someone cooked up a special stand that turns the boring slate into a netbook. Just slip in the iPad in portrait mode into the LapDock and plop in your Apple Wireless Keyboard and you got yourself a netbook. It’s a prototype of course but will sure keep the gears of those business types spinning to churn out a commercial version.

I say they should and I’ll be waiting for it. It sure beats the awkward typing on the iPad’s screen or now you don’t need to hold it up everytime.
