Lenovo IdeaTab A2105 Coming Soon (September Soon)

The popularity of the Galaxy Note has made other manufacturers notice that yes, there is indeed a spot in the hearts (and pockets) of consumers for a phone tablet or phablet to use the shorthand. Lenovo in fact is betting on this and is releasing the IdeaTab A2105.

Interestingly enough, it will be showing off one feature that other companies aren’t rolling out much yet: dual SIM. It’s a decidedly Asian line of thinking since more of the locals in that part of the world aren’t beholden to carriers as much as the West. It’s common for users to carry a spare SIM for another network since they often have one for unlimited services and one for regular calls and SMS.

Next month should bring to the market some highly appealing new Android devices, including a 5-inch tablet PC from Lenovo.

If you’re already wondering about the specs, don’t worry. Lenovo will likely announce it in IFA 2012 at Berlin this September. Don’t expect it to veer too much from current offerings though. The tablet will likely have all the usuals: WiFi N, GPS, dual core processor and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
