Lenovo Intros ThinkPad Edge E435 Laptop

Lenovo has uncovered a new laptop called the ThinkPad Edge E435. The device is packed with an AMD A6-4400M processor running at the frequency of 2.70GHz, 2 GB of DDR3 RAM, and at least 320 GB of storage on its hard drive. The latter is protected by an active protection system which is useful especially for sensitive enterprise information. Users needing more storage capacity may ask for this feature to be customized with more or lesser disk space.
Meanwhile, the TFT LCD screen spans 14 inches diagonally. Its operating system is Windows 7 Professional although users are free to select other editions of the Windows OS. Targeted at small- and medium-scale business owners, this notebook also comes with a DVD Super Multi Drive, a built-in webcam, a spill-proof keyboard, and a fingerprint sensor to provide security. Dolby Advanced Audio v2 speakers provide some entertainment while an SD card reader allows for users to enjoy media on these handy storage disks. The device is sleek with a matte finish and comes in four different hues including Arctic Blue, Heatwave Red, Midnight Black, and Aluminum Black.
Interested consumers may avail of this notebook for 44,940 Yen or around US $567. Those who want a larger screen may, however, take a look at the Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E535 which comes with similar specifications but with a 15.6-inch display.
