Although there are not concrete details yet of how the ThinkPad netbook would be different from the current crop of netbooks available in the market today, APCmag hinted that it might come equipped with the upcoming Intel Processor which is codenamed Ultra.

So while we all await further details of this ThinkPad netbook, Lenovo announced that its latest netbook, the one with a 12-inch display will be available sometime in May.  The IdeaPad S20 is rumored to sport a 12-inch screen and will run on an Atom N280 and GN40 chipset combo.  It might also have an optional integrated 3G module.

But more importantly, the Samsung IdeaPad S20 will feature the Instant On fast boot Linux OS. This Instant On feature boots netbooks in five seconds.
