Lenovo S10-2 Gets a Hands On Treatment
Posted in: 10-inch, Lenovo, Netbook, tags: lenovo s10-2
We’ve just covered Lenovo’s official announcement of the new S10-2 netbook and here comes Laptopmag already with their first impression after playing around with the Lenovo S10-2 for a couple of days.
It looks like the Lenovo S10-2 has got some power under its hood to compete with the 10-inch netbook crowd. Here are Laptopmag’s major points regarding the Lenovo S10-2 as compared to the S10:
- rounder look
- .4 pounds lighter
- .1 inches thinner
- glossy cover (in black, white, pink or gray)
- bigger keyboard deck
- enlarged right Shift key
- firmer keyboard
- expanded multi-touch trackpad
- similar performance
It would also be worthy to note that the S10-2 will retail for a highly affordable price of $349.99, despite its upgraded features.
Head over to Laptopmag for some nice photos and video review of the Lenovo S10-2.

Anyone know when the 1280×720 version of the S10-2 will be released?
@James, where did you see that it was going to have a 1280×720 screen? That’d be quite nice! And actually, I just got mine for $300, which makes it slightly more worth while vs getting the S10
