Digitimes is reporting that Lenovo is already prepping up its own netbook and if push comes to shove, we might be looking at a possible September release.
The company is already looking into three possible manufacturers namely, Compal Electronics, Wistron and Pegatron. All three companies have provided Lenovo with various Lenovo PCs in the past.
Additionaly, the said netbook will be geared for both consumer and enterprise-wide use. Lenovo has been known with their powerful Ideapads and Lenovo X-series ultraportable computing machines which are a bit on the expensive side.
So, we might be expecting a not so affordable netbok from Lenovo come September. Hopefull, Lenovo would try to make the price tag of their netbook competitive.
