Finally LG has officially announced the release date of the LG X110 netbook. And it will be an April release for the company’s home country Korea. Likewise we also now have a more official price tag for the said netbook, well at least for the Korean market it was said to be something around $607 in Korean Won equivalent.
If you would feature of the LGX110 that we should be excited about is the integrated HSDPA 3G as well as its sleek and stylish form factor and design. Although some would say that it looks a lot like the MSI Wind.
According to some official announcement in Korea, the LG X110 would have the following basic specs such 10-inch WSVGA LED backlit screen (1024×576) and 160GB HDD. The LG X110 will be available in two models - X120-L76LK and X120-L76PK. Although it is not very clear as to what wil be the difference between these two models.
Anyway, with the Samsung NC110 also up for release sometime soon, it looks like we’re going to be seeing some more new announcements from Asus to counter this new rival netbooks, or at least after we see the release of the much awaited Eee PC 1000HE.
