Retailer Aldi has a new special buy up for grabs today in the form of the Medion Akoya E1312 11.6 inch “large screen” netbook.

Available at UK stores and in the Republic of Ireland, the E1312 is up for grabs at £339.99 and at 399.99 Euros respectively and boasts it’s 11.6 inch display, a Sempron CPU, ATI graphics processor, 160GB SATA hard drive, 1GB RAM, fast wireless LAN, webcam, Bluetooth and a card reader. The Akoya netbook is running Windows XP as it’s operating system, has a 6 cell battery and comes complete with a Medion 36 month warranty for peace of mind.

This is Aldi’s “Sunday Special” so will be available in stores from the 12th of July while stocks last.
