Medion Akoya Now Comes Packed with Intel Atom Pine Trail

Well, don’t count Medion from the battle of the new netbooks with the new Pine Trail platform, out yet. The company has seems to be prepping out their new Medion Akoya E1222. It’s another 10-inch netbook loaded with Intel Atom N450 CPU, a glossy display and 6-cell battery.

Set to be released in Germany this coming March, the Medion Akoya E1222 will set you back for around 299 Euros. It will also come with a 1GB of RAM, 250GB of HDD, N WLAN, 3 USB 2.0 ports, Bluetooth 2.1, Ethernet, a 1.3MP webcam and a 4-in-1 card reader. Of course it will be running Windows 7 Starter Edition.

The netbook will also come with a chicklet keyboard and nice little trackpad. It will be available in black and silver.

Now, can anybody tell me if this is another rebranded Acer netbook? I really like to know.
