Computer manufacturer Mio has also joined the Computex party with a quite interesting netbook called – N890 netbook. I say interesting because of some its interesting specs and features. This include 3G, accelerometer, a MagSafe-style breakaway power connector, and most especially GPS function complete with its own Mio navigations software.
Other specs of the Mio N890 GPS netbook are pretty standard though. These include:
- Intel Atom N270 + Intel 945SE platform
- 8.9-inch display
- 89% full-size keyboard
- SSD
- Mitac foundry (whatever that is)
- Leather-coated paint design with stickers
While the GPS functionality may seem innovative, Mio might have forgotten one feature to make this more useful, touchscreen capability. Hopefully, Mio would think about this before it releases the N890 netbook by Q3.
