More Official Photos of the Samsung Netbook Spotted
A couple of days ago we’ve reported about Samsung’s possible entry into the netbook fray with a mini-notebook of their own. We even managed to snag some nice photos of said netbook from the wild. Now, here’s the latest information about the said netbook.
WhatLaptop is running a story with the official photos of the still unnamed Samsung Netbook to prove that there really is a Samsung netbook. According to the site, said netbook will have a 10.2-inch screen and will be available in 3 colors – white, black and blue.
In addition all the media keys of the netbook were removed from the body and put instead on its side together with the usual ports – 3 USB ports, Ethernet, VGA out and the power button.
Most noteable feature of the Samsung netbook is its full-featured keyboard occupying the who space of the its chassis. The touchpad was enlarged as well compared to other netbooks.
For some of its official specs. The Samsung netbook would most probably run on Windows XP, will have an Intel Atom N270 processor, 1GB of RAM, around 80 to 120GB of HD for storage and its 6-cell battery was said to be capable of around 5 hours of good use.
Pretty impressive specs, right? But the deciding factor will still be its market price.
